What are your opening hours?
Three of our five convenience stores are open 24/7 (Beauséjour 202, Beauséjour 1697 and Beauséjour Shell 117). The other locations have specific hours — visit the Our Stores page for details.
How many stores do you have?
We have five convenience stores in Abitibi: two in Val-d'Or on 3e Avenue (202 and 1697), one in Louvicourt (Loubell Voisin), one in Rouyn-Noranda (Shell 117), and one south of Val-d'Or (111 Sud).
How do I find the nearest store?
Visit our Our Stores page to see the map and contact information for each location, including a link for directions.
Do you sell fuel?
Yes! We offer Shell fuel at most of our locations, with Air Miles. Our Louvicourt location offers Ultramar fuel.
Do you accept Air Miles?
Yes, Air Miles cards are accepted at our Shell stations (202, 1697 and Shell 117).
Do you sell propane?
Yes, propane is available at the Beauséjour 1697 and Loubell Voisin (Louvicourt) locations.
What types of car washes do you offer?
We offer automatic car washes (202 and 1697), self-service bays (202 with 4 bays and 111 Sud), and a dog wash unique at 202, 3e Avenue.
Where is the dog wash?
Our dog wash is available only at 202, 3e Avenue in Val-d'Or.
Can I book a car wash online?
Not yet, but an online booking system is coming soon. Stay tuned!
Do all stores offer ready-to-eat food?
Most of our locations offer ready-to-eat options. The selection varies by store — visit the Ready-to-Eat page for details.
Where do your ready-to-eat products come from?
Many of our products are prepared by Cari & Gingembre, a local food production company. We value local partnerships.
